  My advice is to get there reasonably early. They only let in a certain number of people into the office, for overcrowding purposes, otherwise your standing in the hall. You get a ticket and wait for your turn. Pay attention to the announcements, they call your number and tell you what window to go to. If you don't listen, you are just delaying everyone else who is waiting! The numbers seem to come up on the announcement board in the middle of the room. But it doesn't tell you what window, so if you don't listen your lost. Heed my warning. The guard there is there just to guard, not answer questions. He will give you a major attitude but I don't blame him. If you go online, print your forms and be prepared for business you will be in and out in about 45 minutes. Don't be like the idiots who don't speak English and expect to be waited on. I can't fix stupid, only broken. Good luck and happy hunting!

  The security officer was most rude and should not be there. No courtesy or manner at all. Not keep the place secure or in order by being mean.
